tuz,kırmızı pul biber,karabiber
üzeri için,yumurta sarısı
YAPILIŞI:
1)Pazıyı güzelce yıkayın ve doğrayın.Kaynamış suda haşlayın.Soğanları doğrayın ,sıvıyağda kavurun.Pirinçi haşlayın.
2)Kavrulan soğana pazıları ekleyerek kavurmaya devam edin.Renkleri dönünce ve suyunu çekince pirinç ve baharatları ekleyin.5 dakika daha pişirip altını söndürün.
3)1 adet baklavalık yufkayı masaya serin üzerine sıvıyağ su karışımından fırçayla sürün.üzerine 2. yufkayı koyup aynı işlemi yapın.Tekrar 3.yufkayı koyun yağlı karışımdan sürün.
4)Pazılı karışımdan uzun kenarına koyun ve çok sıkı olmayacak şekilde rulo yapın ve kendi etrafında dolayarak tepsiye dizin.
5)Bütün yufkalara aynı işlemi yapın.Üzerlerine yumurta sarısı sürerek fırına verin.
